FIELDS AND QUANTITY OF APPLICATION
Dispacryl FD is used as dispersing agent and stabiliser
in wall paints, plasters and in general in all the water
based formulations containing fillers and pigments.
Dispacryl FD improves the dispersion and the wetting of
pigments and fillers, reduces the initial viscosity of
the dispersion and makes its stability better.
Dispacryl FD is compatible and can be used in
combination with polyphosphates, improving the rub
resistance of the applied paint.
Because of its liquid form, Dispacryl FD is easily
dosable. It is suggested to add the product to water
before the addition of fillers and pigments in order to
obtain a good dispersion.
The quantity of Dispacryl FD depends on the content of
fillers and pigments of the paints and normally ranges
from 0,2 to 0,4% on the solid content.
DELIVERY FORM AND SAFETY
Dispacryl FD is delivered in 200 kg drums or 1000 kg
containers
Although Dispacryl FD is not a dangerous product we
suggest to use the normal caution measures usual in the
handling of chemical products.
STORING
In normal storing conditions the product has a shelf
life of at least 1 year
