CHARACTERISTICS
NERCLEAN DN is a caustic cleaner containing not foaming biodegradable
surfactants in order to allow the use also in those parts of the machine
circuit where foam could disturb.

APPLICATION
NERCLEAN DN is used to clean the machine circuit during down-time.
Usually it is suggested to use it alternatively with an acid
cleaner like Nerclean FF.
NERCLEAN DN is added to the circuit water in concentrations ranging from
0,5-3,0% depending on the type of produced paper and frequency of
cleaning.
A cleaning time of 20 - 30 min at room temperature is normally
sufficient to guarantee a good cleaning. At the end of cleaning we
recommend to rinse with fresh water.
HANDLING
NERCLEAN DN must be manipulated like a highly alkaline liquid. It
is necessary to use gloves, goggles and protective clothing.
