CHARACTERISTICS
NERCLEAN S is a blend of organic solvents and surfactants used to clean
both metallic and plastic wires.

Appearance: limpid liquid
Odour: typical of solvent
Density: 1,27 g/cm3
Solubility in water: emulsifiable
Freezing point: < - 30° C
Flame point: > 100 ° C
Ionic charge: non ionic
APPLICATION
NERCLEAN S may be used for cleaning during down timer or for continuos
cleaning without stopping production, when particular working conditions
cause a persistent obstructions of wires.
In this case NERCLEAN S must be mixed with water and sprayed in a
concentration of 100-250 ppm.
NERCLEAN S removes pulp fibres, asphalt, wax, pitch, sizes ecc.
NERCLEAN S may be used also for the felt cleaning.
HANDLING
During the work with NERCLEAN S it is recommended to use gloves,
goggles and protective clothing.
