PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION
Nexfoam ACT is a very effective defoamer and stock deareator for the
paper industry. It is free from mineral oil and silicones.
Nexfoam ACT generally does not affect sizing and does not act as
pitch collector.
Nexfoam ACT can be dosed in the delivery form or can be
prediluted in water (in general 1:1 to 1:4);point of addition may be
chosen amongst headbox, tray water, machine chest or any other point
with severe foam formation.
Nexfoam ACT may also be used in mechanical and biological
clarification plants. The action of the product is independent of the
type of waste water to be defoamed and normal dosages have no effect on
the biological life in the sewage treatment plant.
STORAGE
After prolonged storage the product may show a certain stratification,
that after reomogenising does not affect its efficiency.
