CHARACTERISTICS

Chemical composition:              Combination of esters and derivates of ethylene oxide

Appearance:                                  Pale yellow viscous liquid

Active content:                              ca 100%

Ionic charge:                                  Non ionic

Solubility:                                      Emulsifiable in resin dispersions


FIELDS AND QUANTITY OF APPLICATION

PLASTISOL PVA is a polymeric plasticizer effective on the resin films normally used for wall paints and plaster formulations.
PLASTISOL PVA improves the plasticity of the resin, increasing its binding strength, without worsening other film characteristics like water resistance, adhesions a.s.o.
The quantity of application may range from 0,2 to 1,5 % calculated on the formulation depending on the desired effect.


DELIVERY FORM AND SAFETY

PLASTISOL PVA is delivered in 200 kg drums or 1000 kg containers
Although PLASTISOL PVA is not a dangerous product, we suggest to use the normal caution measures usual in the handling of chemical products.


STORAGE

In normal storing conditions the product has a shelf life of at least 1 year. After a long storage, the product may undergo a certain stratification. After stirring and reomogenising however, it takes its previous efficiency back.
