TILLFOAM PE is a defoamer particularly developed for the paint and
varnish industry. It finds also application in the textile and tanning
industry, always for the defoaming or foam prevention of water borne
resin dispersions.

FIELDS AND QUANTITY OF APPLICATION
TILLFOAM PE is a polyvalent defoamer, particularly
recommended for synthetic resins dispersions based i.g.
on vinilic, acrylic, styrene/butadiene and other
polymers.
Typical fields of application are:
Paints Textile printing
Water borne printing inksTanning industry
Adhesives Paper coating
The quantity of application may range from 0,1 to 0,3 %
on the formulation. Particularly in paints it is
advisable to divide the quantity, adding 2/3 before of
the pigment dispersion and 1/3 at the end of the mixing
operation, in order to prevent foam formation during the
paint application.
DELIVERY FORM AND SAFETY
TILLFOAM PE is delivered in 200 kg drums or 1000 kg
containers
Although TILLFOAM PE is not a dangerous product, we
suggest to use the normal caution measures usual in the
handling of chemical products.
STORAGE
In normal storing conditions the product has a shelf
life of at least 6 months. After a long storage, the
product may undergo a certain stratification. After
stirring and reomogenising however, it takes its
previous efficiency back
