FIELDS AND QUANTITY OF APPLICATION
TILLWET ERS is a wetting and dispersing agent of general
use that improves the yield of the pigments and the
stability of water based product containing high
quantity of fillers. It is normally compatible with the
best known resin dispersion of the market.
The use of TILLWET ERS makes possible the production of
water paints with high filler content. Further it is
suitable for the production of pigment pastes.
TILLWET ERS improves the application characteristics and
the hiding properties of the paint.
The quantity of application may range from 0,3 to 1 %
calculated on the pigment and filler weight.
DELIVERY FORM AND SAFETY
TILLWET ERS is delivered in 200 kg drums or 1000 kg
containers
Although TILLWET ERS is not a dangerous product, we
suggest to use the normal caution measures usual in the
handling of chemical products.
STORAGE
In normal storing conditions the product has a shelf
life of at least 1 year. After a long storage, the
product may undergo a certain stratification. After
stirring and reomogenising however, it takes its
previous efficiency back.
